The CactEye Chair in UV

I had sampled with the placement of UV yarn and developed the over all design for the chair. I wanted the cacti forest : arms and wings, to feature UV yarn heavily, I feel like the natural shape of the chair is emphasised through the UV and looks very monster like.

I was really happy with how effective the uv yarn, placed lightly throughout the chunky knitted tubes, on the outside and back of the chair is, the lime cotton tubes also show through the knitted fabric which can just be seen on certain angles when walking around the chair.

It offers a lot of little details that can be seen and found at different times when moving around and sitting in the chair.
