Knitting Plan Going Forward

After working up to the presentation and assessment at the beginning of February I felt a little lost and unsure of where to focus my time whilst waiting for the feedback. I knew I still needed a lot of sample development and by going back and re looking at my initial visual research I felt I had more specific ideas to take forward.

My attention was focused on photos with:

- costumes and mask decoration from the street festival (part3)

- traditional drawings of the ghost from the buddhist tale for claw shape inspiration (part2)

- cacti patterns, shapes and sizes (part2)

- photos for pattern for power-knit samples (part3/4)

Sensory Research:

- Colours : colour psychology

Giving myself a time scale, by the April presentation in 8 weeks time, I want to be finished sampling and if not already, then taking samples forward for final outcomes. I have made some initial notes on samples to complete and how I want each part and each outcome to make people feel.
